The world isn’t getting any LESS stressful—so why not give a gift that promotes relaxation, movement, and self-care?

Whether you’re shopping for a movement enthusiast, a self-care lover, a stressed out person, or just for yourself, I’ve put together my ideas for fun, creative, and sustainable gifts for any budget.

As a massage therapist and movement professional, I’m obviously a little biased in some of my recommendations. I do link to my products and services (because I think they’re helpful and awesome!). The links to Amazon products are affiliate links so I’ll earn a commission on qualifying purchases. The rest of the links are simply products I love made by women who inspire me. I hope you’ll support them in your gift-giving!

1 - Roll to Rescue Self-Massage Course + Therapy Balls

Self-massage feels good and is an easy way to manage stress, aches, and pains. A pair of therapy balls will help melt tension and my Roll to Rescue course provides all the instruction necessary to give a full body self-massage.

Price: $39+

2 - Move Your Mouth with Toffee by Towns Toffee

Regardless of whether or not your jaw *actually* needs a workout, Towns Toffee offers a variety of tasty toffee and other sweet treats. I typically buy a handful of small bags to dole out in stockings, gift baskets, and teacher gifts. In case you’re wondering, my favorite flavors are Oh My Crackers and Butter Pecan.

3 - Guided Walking Meditation + Ear Buds

For the stressed out, but fidgety, person on your list: You’ve probably heard meditation is good for you but how do you do it if you just can’t sit still? Try walking meditation! I offer a series of ten guided walking meditations in my shop to help you get started. Depending on your budget, throw in a pair of ear buds and you’ve got yourself a pretty amazing gift.

Price: $30-150

4 - Squatty Potty

This may not be the most romantic gift on the list but a Squatty Potty is a great way to show you care about ALL your loved one’s movements. The Squatty Potty is a foot stool that nestles around the toilet and helps the user get into good squat form—the ideal position whether you’re going #1 or #2.

Price: $40

5 - Snake Plant + Decorative Pot

Remember, self-care isn’t always self-focused. Plant care can be super relaxing and a Snake Plant could be the right choice for even a novice plant parent. Snake plants can thrive in all kinds of light, are hardy, and with the right decorative pot, can make any home feel a bit cozier. If your town has a local plant nursery, support it with your purchase (as opposed to shopping at a big box store).

Price: $15-30

6 - Massage Gift Certificate

A massage gift certificate can be an easy (and even last minute) gift for the stressed out person on your list. Giving a massage gift certificate is a way of saying you care about someone and recognize that they deserve a break. Unfortunately, we sometimes feel like we need permission to take time for ourselves and relax. A massage gift certificate can provide this feeling of permission to relax and indulge.

7 - Meditation Cushion by Inner Space Yoga Supplies

For the yogi or meditator on your list: These yoga and meditation supplies are handmade in Tennessee and come in a variety of beautiful patterns, shapes, and sizes. They even offer up-cycled tote bags made from fabric scraps leftover from their bolsters. I use my bolster in my movement practice and as a chair while I work at my coffee-table height desk.

9 - Richly-scented Soy Candle by 865 Candle Company

I feel like my self-care game grew by one thousand percent when I found these candles. Made of clean burning soy wax, wood or cotton wicks, and premium fragrances that are phthalate free, these candles keep their rich scent from first burn to last. My favorite fragrance is Black Amber & Lavender (a blend of lavender, vanilla, soft musk, and patchouli).
