When setting up for this guided meditation, please take care in making yourself 100% comfortable. You may find it easier to rest with a bolster or rolled blanket under your knees and a smaller rolled or folded blanket under the neck to support the head. Feel free to cover yourself with a blanket—you might get chilly as you relax. Allow yourself 30 minutes for this meditation.

Please note: There are moments of silence during the recording to allow you time for each part of the meditation. Most of the time, these last for 20-30 secs but can last as long as five minutes. There’s nothing wrong with the file, it’s just part of the process.
